In my opinion, I don't think they waste our time, rather we get something valuable buy watching this program. Remember we live in a social media era, we can communicate through that. If they don't want to tell us the price that is simply their strategy at this point. However, if we have an interest, then we should contact them and have better understanding about the entire picture. I may be wrong but that's how I see it.

They prefer not to mention the price I believe. I would say nothing wrong with that, that is just their marketing/business strategies based on experience or by way of choice. They want you to contact them, and hopefully will tell you the various options you have to own properties. The displayed $$ amount may or may not discourage people from buying them. That shouldn't be a hindrance. If you have an interest, you can always contact via social media or directly 📱to get the bigger picture. The one thing that buyers should understand is that they don't have to have cash at hand to buy properties or anything like that for that matter. Just make a phone call and get the options the sellers have on the table for you. Once you have a general know how, then it won't be a problem to make a decision. Again, price shouldn't be a determining factor to buy anything, we should be able to understand the whole process including the financing and whatnot. Pretty much that's how business operates. My $0.02
