I do, I smoke cigg for 10+ yrs, then try to quit 4 times but all failed and back to cigg again, then a friend of mine start to smoke e-cigg, i then move from cigg to e-cigg soon after, ongoing for about 2 years, then Australia tightened e-cigg regulations to any official e-cigg stores not allow to sell any e-juice that contain nicotine, which i dont have any nicotine related health condition to let my GP to prescribe me pure nicotine from local pharmacy to add in to the e-juice, so i smoke nicotine free e-juice for around 3 more months then stopped fully. Ad that was 2020, i've been sober from both cigg or e-cigg for over 2 years now.
