謝謝你們提供準確的資料，因為香港很小，所以香港人一般對像倫敦這種大城市不了解，以為可以一小時地鐵便行完。現在 Stevenage 和 Peterborough 都是一小時可以到達倫敦了，Peterborough 建立幾千間屋給倫敦人買！因為倫敦租金貴，很多公司已經向外移，那些員工跟公司一起搬。

Happy new year! I left HK two years ago with little family and looked at St Albans but felt it is too London prices and congested so moved further up to Hertfordshire Hitchin. A lot of tourists come to Hitchin to visit the lavender field. I know HK people love a bargain but do not buy blindly and only look at prices.
