⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 魚肚簡易處理 材料: 魚肚半斤 程序: 1. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。 2. 加入粗鹽1茶匙。 3. 放魚肚落鑊。 4. 水開始滾起,冚蓋,熄火焗5分鐘。 5. 魚肚已焗至軟身,倒去水分,清水沖洗乾淨,揸一揸乾水。 6. 放入透明小膠袋,放入冰格儲存。 Steps of fish maw preparation Ingredients: Fish maw 0.5 catty Steps: 1.
