I think it's not hard to guess lol They go to the same university. Puth probably knew Kaeng through Team or they knew each other from the bar and had a one-night stand when they were drunk, then they had sparks with each other ever since, so they became friends with benefit before they became a relationship. And how they became friends is a very easy guess lol Two of Kaeng's friends are now his friend's and junior's partners, so now they are in the same group of friends.
