you did have put hardwork but here is something you can do :- 1. use a bigger transformer like 5 amps or more than 3.8 amps that will improve the output power of amplifire . 2. noone heared but i know why you did not put the mic too close to the speaker as i must be making a hum sound or it will after sometime so if youhave that problem then you can use an LC circuit after the transformer . 3. AND as you said you can use a 7805 mosfet with a litttle heatsink to avoid ground loop which may cause humming problem 4. LASTLY I WILL SUGGEST TO TUNE THE BOX/CABINET SIZE OF SUBWOOFER AND REMOVE THAT BIG WOOFER INSTEAD YOU CAN USE A SMALLER SUBWOOFER REMEMBER SUBWOOFER THAT WILL GIVE A GREAT BASS . HOPE YOU LIKE IT . (you can copy a bigger brand's inclosere size from amazon from there details and use a 5 inch subwoofer )
