As of 27 February 2017, the Republic ofKosovo has received 115 diplomatic recognitions as an independent state. Notably, 111 out of 193 (57.5%) United Nations (UN) member states, 23 out of 28 (82%) European Union (EU) member states, 25 out of 29 (86%) NATO member states, and 36 out of 57 (63%) Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states have recognised Kosovo.

A group of six assassins from the Yugoslavist group Mlada Bosna supplied by the Serbian Black Hand had gathered on the street where the Archduke's motorcade would pass with the intention of assassinating him.

Some people say that because of yogoslavia fall, US and russia relations deteriorated, but as i see, there was no direct involvement of either of them, so is it true ? or is there any other reason?

Russia has and will always support ethnic slavs, especially Serbs. In Bosnia and Kosovo too, Russia opposed NATO/US intervention .Relations did suffer a bit (but not like Crimea 2014) but Russia could not do much 'militarily' at that time as their own economy was bad and still suffering from USSR break up.
