How many other people in Taiwan can prone foil?

@@windevan360 what do you think the best time of year is good for prone foil in TW? I used to come Nov-Jan for the waves. Usually Dec has good waves, but windy.

I think Oct to Dec are better ,I found even windy day , you could still get less wind before 9am , and after 3pm. right now I'm more into SUP foil DW now, I think it will be super fun to DW at Taidong this winter .
