Loved this series - 100% entertainment from start to finish. Just very greatfull that the makers took the time and effort to make it available for non welsh folk, and i appreciate that must of took some doing. There is just something very magical about wales, and some of the places visited in the show are breath taking. Its great too that you get nice meaty 1.5 hour chunks of pure enjoyable viewing. Gritty, dark and very scenic and above all acted to perfection. This could have been one of those selfy welshy things that the welsh do for their own folk on their own TV channels, so, very thankful. Forget your spinning wheels and sawn off witches hats and just put up with the crazy place names on the road signs...............Go Wales on your next break. When this Midlander wins the lottery, gonna get me one 'o' those big old smokey welsh holiday homes..... ha ha.

Richard is a fine actor. I loved him in this series and was captured by the scenes of Wales. What a beautiful and wild countryside!
