Proton therapy, but it is approximately 25-30 times more costly than photon therapy. As far as reactions are concerned tomotherapy and VMAT both have good reaction control and it varies from patient to patient. Dr madam kindly update yourself, tomotherapy is also a technique although accuracy gives there machine name on it
