Dear Pastor, As a Physical Education Teacher, I'm also believing and trusting in the Lord Jesus christ.But, as for me, Yoga is an universal system, which brings harmony to body, mind, and soul. I have been practicing yoga last 20 years. I didn't recognize yoga is based upon one religion. All religious people are doing yoga asanas nowadays, those who can't go outside everyday. If you don't want to say "ohm" say "Jesus" instead of that. But, what I think, Jesus will not punish us when we do yoga. If we do sin against our God or our humanity, God will punish us. I believe Jesus. I'm an Indian. Yoga was originated from India. I'm really proud of that. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

Dear brother We are not here to judge what you do. It is every one's responsibility to point you to the truth. The Bible clearly says, 'If you know the truth the truth will set you free'. Rather than justifying what you do, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the truth to you. Following something for many years or majority of the world following a way does not make it right.
