I lost 9 kgs in 4 months..from 76 to 67. No gym. Sometimes cardio and walking . But mostly diet. Morning - sprouts+ fruits + chia seeds + dryfruits. Day time - small amount of rice with dal sabji raita Eve - chai and one fruit/ protein powder/2 eggs Night- 1/2 ltr milk with ghee and khajur. All in all calories deficit hi ilaaj hai fat loss ka ! Protein jada lo aur carbs cut kro! Sugar quit kr do ya ekdm minimal. Aur pani ache se piyo.. 2 mahina lagega result dikhna start hone mein It's about calories only.

It's been a game changer for me, seriously. Plus, I started to follow intermittent fasting which I do in 18:6 ratio 18 hours fasting and 6 hours eating...this has helped me a lot leading to healthy fat loss, good sleep quality, ZERO CRAVINGS to fast foods and healthier lifestyle. Bohot maza ata hai ise follow karte hue and I keep listening to your videos and follow them all the time. Mera cravings tab hata jab bahar ka khana ghar me hi banaya gaya like chinese noodles, pizza and momos aata wala joh apne bataya and many such foods. Thank you so much for your health guidance. He has just killed it. On point Vivek. Ekdum sahi. We have forgotten how to cook good, healthy, tasty food at home. I never cooked in my life. Thanks to Zomato, junk food and outside food has become so accessible. I was thinking the exact same thing, thay Vivek has mentioned in this video. As I work, I will be aiming at hiring a cook, who makes the healthiest food our ancestors ate. Either way, I plan on learning how to cook as well, as this is one of the main reasons, why we force ourselves to eat u unhealthy food, that is made outside, which is cheap and tasty, bur harms us badly in the long run. Time to get over this addiction. It is a mind war.

Hamara to sahi hai khud ki sabjiyan ugate hai garden me har tarah ki sabji or herbs. Aur jo bhi khaana hota hai Ghar pe hi bna lete hai. Pizza,momos,burger, Biryani, Samosa etc har chiz ghar pe banate hai. Khud ke pure sarson ke tel me aur ghar ke ghee me. Hamare ghar me ajtak refined oil nahi aya. Sab health or fir hai Ghar me. Junk food means poison.... And this sentence has changed my life four years ago... Due to regular use of fast foods... I git Allergic Rhinitis and believe me... I suffered a lot... I struggled every day to breathe and then I decided to do regular exercise, yoga and proper simple food.... If I don't get healthy food while travelling then I used to drink coconut water and eat omelette or bolied eggs.... Believe me today I am fine enough to inhale and exhale through my nose without any medicine.

2 month se healthy khana kha rha hoon junk food khana toh maine chhor diya...pehle se skin tone achhi ho gyi hai, daily salad khane se haemoglobin bad gya hai, eyesight improve huyi h, workout bhi krta hoon, jb bhook lgti hai toh fruits ya bhuna chana ya fir sattu kha leta hoon kabhi bahar ka khana bhi pdta hai toh dosa idli poha saadi dal roti chaval hi khata hoon....mai toh kehta hoon thoda km khao pr achha khao... Jisko bhi craving hai ek baar hospital jaa kar dekho log kin kin bimariyon se pareshan hain...uske baad khud hi daar aa jayega aur aap log healthy khana hi khaoge taki future mein aise bimariyan na face karni pade....btw thankyou Vivek bhai nice video

I was always health conscious but still i used to junk almost every other day because of friends and family and obviously because of taste and easy availability. 4-5 months back i have been diagnosed with Celiac disease and since then i am off gluten which leads to strictly cut down on almost every junk food. Now i eat home cooked food and if i crave pizza , pasta i cook it myself and when i go out i eat salads, rice etc. BUT ONE REASON IS FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO REACT WIERD AND INSISTS SO MUCH ON EATING JUNK FOOD. PEOPLE REACT SO WIERD THAT HOW ARE YOU EVEN ALIVE IF YOU ARE NOT EATING JUNK FOOD. PLEASE SUGGEST WAYS TO SAY NO SPECIALLY TO FAMILY MEMBERS, WITH WHOM WE LIVE/MEET REGULARLY.

Hum bahar ka khana ekdm kam hi khate he. Approx once in 2 month. Kabhi kuchh kaam se bahar gae he and late ho gaya bhukh lag gai to khate he. But rarely. Hamare ghar me bimariya bhi rarely aati he ... Ghar pe sab banati hu. Taste me 18/20 but health 10/10 ... Mere mobile me swiggy zomato aisi koi app nahi he. Otherwise bar bar man ho hi jata he.. Muje to online khana order karna bhi nhi aata... Jis gav jana nhi waha ka rasta kyu puchhe ?? Ghar pe khana to banate he , hme lagta he k ye healthy he , but sabji dudh etc me bhi milavat he... Usase bachne ke raste jaroor bataye plz plz plz

arre bhai doodh ke sath namak nahi lena... doodh ke products ki baat nahi hai ismein... usi video mein yeh baat spasht clear kari thi.. dahi mein namak daal sakte hain.. paneer mein daal sakte hain... chhaas mein daal sakte hain.. sirf doodh, malai, cream ke sath avoid karna hota hai
