How to diagnose clinical Anxiety 1. unreasonable : from your best friends' point of view. (Abe kuchh nahi hota ye anxiety-depression. Tu faltu sochta rehta hai) 2. persistent but intermittent : it comes in bouts and fades away. 3. Poor mid night deep sleep for 3 or more nights in a week. 4. Early morning negative thoughts and for most of hours of that day. 2 compulsary conditions with all 5 symptoms : 1. Average 3.5 days or more in a week. 2. Average 90 days or more in last 180 days. Note : It doesn't mean being anxious for 90 days straight out of last 90 days. There must be lapse in between. Else if it's continuous without break or lapse even just for 2 weeks, it's clinical depression. Immediately start writing your diary with time-stamp, which will help your experienced psychiatrist or clinical Psychologist a lot.

I am going through something similar but it happens once in a week or twice whenever i go in sleep cycle my heart beat rises for no reason and i wake up these cycles are 5 -2 minutes and sometimes it lasts til morning then i get more anxious by thinking about it

बहुत साधारण चीज है यह सब और जल्दी ही मिट जाती है अपना इष्ट एक रखो उसे ही बार बार याद करो उससे ही प्रेम करो उसमे खो जाओ उनके ही भजन गाओ उनके नाम का कीर्तन करो जब भी समय मिले आंख बंद करो और उनको याद करो उनको ही अपना सब कुछ मानो और बाकी फर्जी बाते मत सुनो ना फर्जी लोगो के पास बैठो और मोबाइल टीवी बिना जरूरत के मत चलाओ ,,अगर आप खाली ही तो आंखे बंद करो और अपने इष्ट को याद करो 1हफ्ते में सब ठीक हो जायेगा 1महीने में आप भूल ही जाओगे की आपको ऐसा कुछ था क्या

I became anxious and numb when the company HR ( not sure as it was an unknown number) called and told me that my joining date is delayed as there is no vacancy right now . I told mom. Now she is anxious 😂. We are both anxious 😂 and encouraging each other .

Mere sath bhi hua due to my health. Mujhe Pletlet count ghat rha tha mai hospital me tha lgatar 3 din ghata, mujhe lga ki mai nhi rhunga es word me ab, baki mere samne ek example mai dekh chuka tha Pletlet count wala case, tho meri anxiety oar jyada pick pe aa gyi, Hospital admission ka 4 th day tha lab tech ne mere blood sample le gya test k liye, mujhe chhakker aane suru ho gye oar mai pani pita tho meri kidney filter nhi kar rhi, ab mujhe lga ki mai kuch pal mehman hu, mai bed pe so gya fir jab hos aaya mujhe tho mai bola mai thik hu. Baki ki story mere caretaker ne boli mai azzebo azeeb herkar kar rha tha vomiting bhi kiya but mujhe yaad nhi kitne log se baat kiya ghar pe kuch yaad nhi. Thank God I am fit and fine.

If you don’t have anybody to share please consult a physiatrist I know they are expensive but your mental health is important than money. Trust me I am currently in phase of depression currently I had 2 sessions it felt really good. They are really good listeners and really good advisers.

Worthlessness Hopelessness Helplessness Are the triad of Depression Apart From this, S-- Sadness( sad mood which is persistent and pervasive) I--- Decrease interest in the activities which were enjoyed previously ( Anhedonia) G--- Guilt/worthlessness E--- Energy is decreased C-- Concentration is decreased ( also called pseduo Dementia) because you forget even smaller things of daily life A-- appetite is decreased P--- Psychomotor retardation S-- Sleep ( decreased -- Insomnia, or hypersomnina -- increased Sleep) S--- Suicidal thoughts/Act If anyone is suffering from these symptoms Specially 1 symptom from the 1st 2 symptoms (Sad mood/ Decreased interest) And 4 or more symptoms from the rest For more than 2 weeks Then the psychiatrist will make a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder (according to DSM-5)
