Ingredients -
For Prepare the Swaminarayan Khichdi
100 grams Cabbage
2 Medium Size Potato
1 Medium Size Carrot
1 Medium Size Green Capsicum
2 Tomatoes
1 Cup Rice (Soak it for 30 min)
½ Cup Yellow Moong Dal (Soak it for 30 min)
½ Cup Toor Dal/Arhar Dal (Soak it for 30 min)
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Oil
3 Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay leaf
4-5 Cloves
2 Dry Red Chilli
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
10-12 Curry leaves
¼ Cup Peanuts
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Sambar Masala
1 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
3-4 Cup or as required Water
As per taste Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee (For Pour on Khichdi)
As required Chopped Coriander Leaves (For Garnishing)
For Prepare the Swaminarayan Kadhi
500 grams Medium Sour Curd
3 tbsp Besan/Chickpea Flour/Gram Flour
As required Water
2-3 Green Chilli
2 Inches Ginger
8-10 Curry leaves
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Ghee
2 Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
3-4 Cloves
3 Dry Red Chilli
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Methi Dana/Dry Fenugreek Seeds
2 tsp Sugar
As per taste Salt
Serve it in lunch/dinner
