فراشغان دره د افغانستان په لغمان ولایت کې موقعیت لري او په خپل طبیعي ښکلا او کرنیزو سیمو مشهوره ده. دا دره د لغمان په شنو او غرنیو سیمو کې ځای لري او د اوبو د شتمنۍ او کرنیزو باغونو لپاره ځانګړی ځای ګڼل کېږي. خلک یې زیاتره په باغدارۍ او کرنیزو فعالیتونو بوخت دي. فراشغان دره د لغمان په هغو سیمو کې راځي چې د طبیعي ښکلا له امله د سیمې خلکو او لیدونکو لپاره په زړه پورې ده.
