新西蘭綠卡有選舉權?居然是真的⋯⋯美國肯定不可以:Non-US citizens, including permanent legal residents, cannot vote in US federal, state, and most local elections. 新西蘭真是奇葩啊:Permanent residents in New Zealand have had voting rights since 1975. From that time, permanent residents who have been in New Zealand for at least one year continuously are eligible to vote in all types of elections, including national (parliamentary) elections, local elections, and referendums. This is quite unique as most countries restrict the right to vote in national elections to citizens only.
