Very good video ---- with detailed home tour. Some family members of mine used to live in Richmond, but now they are residing in Alberta(more sunshine and lower tax). Anyway , Greater Vancouver is a dream home for many Hongkongers !!

都大喎！請問月租幾錢呀？我现在租緊Richmond 2 房condo建築750呎（實用570呎）都成cad2500，好似香港啲兩房一樣咁細，但保安，個積，用料和clubhouse 等等...比香港樓差好多。
