My experience with retinol after 6 months:
💫As a reference, I tracked the changes in the two small brown spots, one on my lower lid and the other one on my cheek. They are both light and small so you may have never even noticed them!
💫I’ve used @Larocheposay eye retinol and @cerave_canada retinol serum for the past 6 months. I’ve recently increased the retinol concentration to %1.5 for the face though!
💫As you can see in the before and after images (minute 1:41 in the video), the lower lid spot is much lighter and smaller after 6 months. *I have a thick layer of mineral sunscreen in both images
💫There could be other factors involved in fading the spots:
1. Haven't been exposed to the sun due to the lockdown
2. Using moisturizers with brightening agents such as soybean extract
3. Wearing sunscreen while indoors
💫I have used sunscreen and brightening moisturizers in the past winters while spending a lot of time indoors but the spots have never been lighter. So I am confident that retinol has played a major role.

رتینول و اسید سالیسیلیک را یک شب در میان بزنم آیا منافذ پوست را تمیز میکنند؟ اگر بله، در این صورت آیا باید مصرف کرم ضد آفتاب رو بیشتر کنم؟ پوستم به آفتاب حساس تر میشه؟
