በጣም አሪፍና ለጤና ጥሩ ነው አሠራርሽ ማለቴ አላስፈላጊ ነገሮችን አልጨመርሽም ። ቱና በራሱ በቂ ንጥረ ነገሮች ያሉት ነው በተለይ ቫይታሚን ዲ በጣም አላው ለጎልማሳና አዛውንት ቱና በጣም ተመራጭና ጠቃሚ ነው ። ቀለል አድርጎ እንደዚህ ሲሰራ ጥሩ ነው ቅቤው ግን ስህተት ነው ቱናው እራሱ ያለው ይበቃዋል።
