Probably meant: It’s still a colony of English language. Not much future. My take she has to throw democracy away so as not being poisoned slowly politically. (India under Modi has moved their democracy more toward authoritarianism)
"一變了印度大老闆,不夠三個月所有...." Tow reasons - 1) narrow minded that need for time or even generations to change; 2) Social Institution has been mature enough, again same as above generation issue to improve. It is human civilizational matter. bad or good it is natural. It occurred in pre dark age, colonial age etc. I see it as part of Social Productionalization process.
I hope you didn't understand me here. What I pointed out 2 reasons why Indian bosses would act like what you described. It is a very common human behavior in this world at certain civilization developing stages. Usually in large Corp or multi Cultural or international entities the tolerance or KPI driven would be stronger. Less tech skill demand or lower education background staff environment sociologically would be much tougher to survive. I had such experience before. I know Indians well. In Taiwan people call them Ah San which is a very popular nickname. lol.
