Hi, Half of your meat has 100g fermented bean (and the other half does not have fermented bean), will it be saltier than the other? Do you add some more sugar to balance the taste?, thank you.

The main function of fermented beans is to add color, and the saltiness will not be too much. I didn't add extra sugar on it.
