你個fd太相信Agent, 咩都話之後問Agent, Agent唔係到而業主俾你入屋係最好, 應該問多啲, 例如每月電費雜費幾多, 治安, 樓個結構有無邊到有問題, 有時Agent係到就會耍走你, 直接問業主反而有啲實際既回答問到出黎。
