No you don't need to pack them into boxes ask the packing company to wrap it with cling film. It will save you a lot of hassle throwing away boxing when you arrive.Thanks for watching!☺️

Hi Virginia, If you go through a flooring company it depends on how many rooms you want to do. It can vary from 2days to a week depending on how many rooms. Costs can vary too, how many rooms and what quality. The thicker the laminate the more expensive material. ☺️

We got a quote from the shipping company we only shipped a few pcs of furniture like a tv cabinet etc. Best thing to do would be to get a quote on the things you want to send. We did half a container, and it’s different for everyone so check with the shipper to get a better idea.. ☺️

Hi Evie, This is the company I used you can try give them a call and get a quote. They are quite good as it was the first time I made a big move and really didn’t know what to expect. They were really friendly and nice. www.vanpacgroupasia.com, You can go and compare prices, for myself I went with them because they were recommended by a friend who had moved multiple times to the UK and said they were competitive.☺️ Once you have chose your shipper they can send you a template of the packing list☺️. Hi Blue Sky, Thank you for your lovely comment! The movers will help you take your boxes to the second floor if needed. I didn’t tip in UK as it’s not the culture, I only tipped in HK. You can if you want but normally in UK you may just offer them a tea or coffee but being a pandemic maybe you can offer them a canned drink and a pack of crisps they will be happy especially after their long trip! ☺️ As for the Loft storage,, I’m not too sure on that. I have read it can hold 25kg per sqft. I read it says new builds can hold weight abit better there is a link below you can take a look. Hi there, in Hk I did because it was the custom but in UK I didn’t as it’s not really the custom. Cut you can if you want, sometimes in UK you probably would offer them a cup of tea or coffee instead as I did. But because of covid it’s best to offer a gesture of canned drinks and Crisps for their hard work. 😋

Hi there, Thant is a difficult question, if you are referring to purely state school( not grammar school) the best thing to do is to check with the schools of your choice first and see if there are any spaces. Sometimes if you call and tell them your situation the school may let you know. If you want to go to a popular school it maybe challenging but you never know. And read the Ofsted report to determine if the school is right for your child. www.compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk/compare-schools For grammar school Manchester have 7 and all in one area Trafford, in year applications are difficult to get in but can always check. Secondary school state you need to think about the schools GCSE subjects and results, to determine which it is right for the child especially for in year student. This is the tricky part as soon as you determine which school you feel is right for your child then you can target where to live.😊
