所以我常叫人買三四年之舊屋，這樣有漏水/沉降問題會減少。

100% agree. I bought "6 years old" built detached 4-bedroom house (2nd hand), no problem at all and even save a lot of money for renovation. 😃 Also, new built houses always have to tolerate "mud roads" once you moved in since the developer will have many phases to completion in coming 3-5 years. 🤷‍♀

新車落地打半價，電話車樓我都係買9成新嘅，同呢條片嘅好似，但執埋都唔使兩球。 新區好多都係舊有農地水浸位，地基好難評估。 上網係有得睇嘅，亦都要發展商落足工本，住落幾年十年就會知。 新世紀天氣難測，各有各考慮多睇多知係必需。 其實市中心都有9新樓唔使揸車添，可能係之前嘅工商地改住宅，或舊屋拆左重建，規模必定細啲可以多啲留意下。

一定唔會用發展商律師啦! 第一步用律師錯, 之後就無得返轉頭. 律師search到野, 最多都係輸律師費千幾磅. 用左發展商律師最少輸律師費+10%.

I like your channel ..but all the video make me dizzy.😅 Over narration during the filming. I mean you moving to fast the viewer can't really focus. (do a test run). Positioning is everything When scanning the room, it is important to do this from at least a couple of different positions in the room. the first point to be as you walk through the door to the room, and the next view to be from the opposite corner scanning from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling to show the room in its entirety. So the video does its job and your prospective buyer is really interested in your home.thanks
