Hello! Thank you for watching! I would change your Q3 answer a little bit to: "I agree. They can get more motivation by working in their own place. Also they can get more time to talk with their family." Your Q4 answer is very good, too, just add "at" before "theaters". As for "we" and "they", the safe answer is to use "they". If you include yourself in the group, e.g. Japanese people, students, etc., you can also use "we". Good luck next week! 😃
