Hi there! Thanks for the high quality tutorial as always! It has come to my notice that sometimes Callebaut was used and some other times Valrhona was used. Are the two brands interchangeable or do you recommend a brand over the other when it comes to certain occasions? thanks :)

Bonjour de France, Comme d'autres l'ont déjà dit, il est bien dommage de ne pas avoir de traduction car tout le monde ne comprend pas le japonais et le texte qui est écrit est bien trop brouillon, dommage. Le résultat final est superbe mais la vidéo manque d'explications précises pour refaire cette recette. J'étais habitué à mieux sur votre site. MICHEL31
