It made me chuckle when you made your little joke about being able to have ice cream. My husband rebuilt his entire vehicle around a new car fridge he bought so he could take ice cream across the Simpson Desert. 35 years he’s been off roading in this vehicle, and suddenly he wants ice cream in the outback! 😂

Beautiful night sky! Is that Mt Fuji? Is that mackerel/rice dish your recipe? It looks so good…love canned mackerel, I’ll have to try it!

The mountain in the background is called Mt. Iwate. It's a beautiful mountain in my hometown. 👍 The shape is similar to Mt. Fuji, but the altitude is 1000m lower. If you just use canned mackerel, it will have a fishy smell, so I think it would be delicious if you add a little spice, such as black pepper. ☺️

The stream and rain at night the sound is soothing to go to sleep . The star's were beautiful and the mountain with snow breathtaking. The cooler is awesome never did see one it's a big help. Love this❤❤ Stay Safe and Healthy ALOHA From Hawaii ❤❤❤❤
