Both are good universities. EWU has a long standing reputation and UIU is part of a large conglomerate. Between the two I’d recommend UIU. For engineering degree I think Aust is a better choice though.

These are two separate fields. The common advice I give to all students is that first you have to find your focus based on your previous education, future plans. Do not select a course for the reason that there are more jobs in this field. But chose based on what you will enjoy studying.

I was a medical entrance exam candidat but i am sick. So i could not give MAT. I wanted to give 2nd time but due to my illness it was not possible. Actually i don't like public university for some reasons.In my opinion private university bracu nsu is doing better. But the tuition fees there are too high which middle class families cannot afford. Daffodil is a good university and it's affordable for all which has good and new subjects whereas Braku NSU or other A grade private universities don't. BRAC NSU has excellent qualified faculties lab facilities good research publications. I humbly agree with you that Daffodil does not have well qualified faculties.The should improve their faculty and research publication.Yes there are some qualified faculty members for engineering department which is not enough. And most faculty do not have good publications and are not research minded. So daffodil authorities should look at good faculty and research publications before expanding the subject. BRACU NSU has so many meritorious facilities so I think new specializations should be introduced like Software Engineering Data Science Artificial Intelligence Aero Space Engineering Robotics Public Health IPE Business Analytic etc. And they should help and give opportunity to middle class students to study in their university by offering on campus jobs student loan and others way because they are not able to afford high fees. I am interested in Biotechnology or Software Engineering but my family cannot afford Brac NSU. And most important bracu or nsu has no software engineering. Daffodil is preferred by my family but I am not satisfied with their research publications and faculty qualifications. So I go for BUP BBA general if i got chance as a 2nd timer which is a general degree and many people are discouraging me to take BBA. But I have no option. 😅Bup is good university as it is control by BD army and a new university.And it's environment like private university.

Look I think the food and nutrition engineering that’s a new and emerging area whereas pharmacy is already an established area so it depends if you want to take the risk to study something very new.
