Very very well said Tamil.... I have encountered all these in my experience. I bought Samsung smart TV in 2015. The brand stopped software support in 15 months. Though it has a variety of apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, KZbin, etc..., the UI is very old and not have the latest features like subtitle support. Also the TV does not Hotstar app in its app store. Hence I, recently, bought Amazon Firestick to make my Smart TV even SMARTER....
