Taro leaves (as you required)
Cut into a small pieces
In a mixing bowl
Add 1 cup besan
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
Add water as required
Mix everything
Steam for 5 minutes
For the masala
½ tbsp brown mustard seeds
½ tbsp yellow mustard seeds
½ tbsp cumin seeds
½ tbsp coriander seeds
½ tsp Sichuan pepper
Roast for a minute
Blend the masala
After 5 minutes it is ready
Let it be cool
Cut into a pieces
Heat oil in a pan
We need to fry this
Heat oil in a pan
Temper 1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
Add chopped onion
Fry till it turns into light golden in color
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
Add chopped tomatoes
Add the masala (which we made earlier)
Add 1 tsp red chili powder
Add water (as you required)
Add fried taro leaves
Add chopped cilantro
