"The Faraj (reappearance of Imam Mahdi) is personal or public. A person might be in trouble and difficulty and it is not forbidden for the Imam to save and help the believers from adversities when there is no other way, and it has been seen many many times. This is the personal Faraj, otherwise, the public reappearance is what everyone will see him...
There is something one needs to be aware of, which is he is always present. He sees us but we don't see him. Nauzubillah...Nauzubillah...like how Shaytan sees us but we don't. When it is said that he (Imam) is Allah's seeing eyes, Allah's hearing ears, and Allah's powerful hand, it means when we speak he certainly hears it before we hear our voice as it takes some time for our voice to reach our own ears...he hears it before everyone. If we know this we would feel ashamed of doing sins.
If we are experiencing difficulties and adversities, we should know that repentance is the answer to all...but the true repentance from the heart, not just bringing the word Astaghfirullah. If one is truthful, they should look where in their actions they have shortcomings. True repentance is very different from a false and dishonest one. This narration is for certain that repentance will remove all the adversities, even if (for example) they tell me in my dream that I need to wait [for my difficulties to end] for a year...the difficulties will eventually end...nevertheless, here, the dishonesty has no prospect...the repentance will remove every adversity unless the repentance is dishonest.
Say Astaghfirullah from your heart and not as a lie! If you say from your heart you always looking to find where are the shortcomings that make my repentance to be dishonest."

Salam Alaykum...I hope this translation would be clear and can convey the message: "The Faraj (reappearance of Imam Mahdi) is personal or public.
