That moment when you realized you used google translate to chat with your Japanese friend, changed です into だ to sound more casual but it actually got weirder 🙃

I've been studying for a year and a half, and I am at a lower level of Japanese. But, through these videos, I have had way more fun listening. You speak at a very nice pace, easy to follow and sometimes I don't feel the need to pause. このビデオも面白いだと思います。ペースがいい!僕はビギナーから、少しだけ分かります。ビデオありがとうございます!このチャンネルを見つかったよかった(:
@GodisgudAQW4 жыл бұрын
Hey, keep it up! Just a few corrections: you shouldn't put だ after い-adjectives, and you should put it after nouns when you use から to express reason. Also, you shouldn't mix formality levels. 見つかる is intransitive and cannot take を. Finally, your last sentence should use the ~てよかった form instead of ~たよかった. Applying these corrections, your comment will look a little something like this: このビデオも面白いと思います。ペースが(ちょうど)いいです!僕はビギナーだから、少しだけ分かります。ビデオありがとうございます!このチャンネルが見つかってよかったです(: I might still be unaware of other issues, like I think it's necessary to put を after ビデオ (ビデオをありがとうございます) but I wasn't sure whether it was acceptable to leave it out, so I just kept it as is in that case just to be safe. That being said, these corrections should fix most of the issues. It's been a year since you commented, so maybe all of this is now obvious to you haha! In which case congratulations on your progress :D
Japanese books do a terrible job at explaing this! I am glad I founf this video!!! It cleared all my doubts.

Now that you say it... すごく変😂😂. I started learning Japanese with anime, so my Japanese was way too 失礼😂 I'm getting better with books and your videos now. 毎度ありがとうございました。次のビデオもお楽しみにしています。
@sambonjuku6 жыл бұрын
そうですねー。アニメには不自然な日本語が多いので、話す時は気を付けてくださいね。 それから「毎度」じゃなくて「いつも」にしましょう。 Right. Many expressions in Anime are very unnatural for you to use, so please be careful and try to learn natural ways. By the way, "毎度" should be "いつも". あっきー

三本塾Sambon Juku Merci! Won't do that mistake again. How can I learn natural ways of talking?
@sambonjuku6 жыл бұрын
That's a difficult problem. Of course you can learn phrases or grammar from textbooks, movies or anime but it's hard to find out when, how or to whom you can use them. I think the best way is to get to know a native speaker. If you have one, you can talk or text with him. And it is also good to make up a plot and have him correct it. Even if you don't know any native speakers currently, you can find one on apps very easily nowadays. Please try to find some language exchange apps. I hope this helps you. あっきー
