Yeah, exactly this. 葉を吹くis the name of the band, and “ha uo fucu” the romanization. It means "to blow the leaves". I use a system based in nihonsiki (and never hepburn), but with some special features. I plan to write down and explain this revised system at some point. In hepburn (the main system of romanization for the Japanese language) it is written “ha o fuku”.
