If you seen his 06 freestyle he did that side style trick with the eli hops. I believe it was at japan nats where we've seen Mickey actually used the side style plust the eli hops in his freestyle. Mickey did do just a sideways eli hop in 05 and 06 but Chan did not exactly copy him. He used it to incorporate it with his own side play.

animaanimaanima, Cheng's been doing his side style tricks plus the eli hops long before mickey started including it in his freestyle routines. I believe mickey got his tricks inspired by him when he was at asia pacifics.

Spin time depends on throw. with good throw it can spin for 2, minutes even longer. Legacy is unresponsive yoyo (it won't come back to your hand with tug) so you will need to learn how to do bind.

Alot of people. Theirs alot of variations I've seen people do of that but I think Mickey was the one who made it his signature when he does it from a double or nothing/houdini mount.

I have two questions for the yoyoers here: 1. What string + yoyo does he have? he seems to get such big loops on his lacerations. 2. Why is he only in 4th place? Not complaining about the order just wonder why. to me who don´t know yoyo his tricks were cooler than both Andos and Mickeys (don´t know who took 3rd). Anyway, this is exactly why I like 1A yoyo so much. It´s so technical and lacerations are crazy cool to look at.

Get a new yoyo. I would reccommend you Yojo jam hitman or Dark Magic. If you can bind or you want to learn it you could get YYJ legacy or YYF PGM cause they are cheaper but very good. PM me if you have more questions.
