Can you tell me how much is the isaki fish? I'm wandering if I can get one in US

I have no idea if you can get the Isaki fish in the State. In Japanese grocely store, I see 25-30cm the Isaki fish with the price around 780-980yen(7-9USD). It might be more expensive in the big city like Tokyo.

He said he used general multiple knife in this video. He generally use the ”Masamoto Yanagiba knife” when he makes sashimi.

+Hongzhe He He used 2knifes in this video. The first one is not such a high quality knife. He purchased the general knifes set from the web store, and this knife is just one of them. When he makes sashimi, he used Tukiji-Masamoto 24cm Yanagiba. - This is what he answered to other questioner...

can you push fish to table lightly? dont you feel this fish had been b roken of meat? I dont think you have qualification to do shushi 你跟本不尊重魚身 就不能輕力點放在桌子上? 到底你知道這樣一直放肉身組織被破壞多少? 連基本溫柔去處理魚的態度都沒有 .怎敢放片出來 あなたは軽く魚の体を指すことはできませんが、軽くテーブルに置くことはできませんか?最後に体の組織がどれだけ破壊されたか知っていますか?魚を扱う基本的な優しさにも態度はありません。
