It took me FOREVER to get the safety clip at 6:32 out. It wasnt a clip but some twisted bit of stainless steel wire. I had to get to get my Dremel with the miniature cutting wheel insert out into my driveway and cut it off, and then cut a slit into the end of the safety bolt so I could twist it in its hole with a screwdriver and pull out the remaining bit of the stainless steel wire from the backside of the bolt. It was a gigantic pain in the behind.

@@LOREGUINNESS I used one of the clips that hold the body shells of my RC cars on their chassis. They have to be slightly shortened first so you can push them in as far as ncessary, and they rust fast in the hole too though. I may try a couple of twisted together strands from a stainless Bowden cable next.

@@LOREGUINNESS I think it would rust in the hole too, and it might be too brittle and break. I have been thinking about cutting a groove in the extreme end of the pin and securing it with an E-clip. That way I wouldnt have to put anything in the hole at all.

Why remove the caliper ??? To change the brake disk...you only have to remove the 12 size bolts at the back (sadel). If you change only the brake pads...remove pin at the underside...than you flip the calliper up...and change pads... Pushing back pignon first...also verry easy this way... Easy as hell.

Constantin, did you forget to push the brake hose back into the holder? If yes, please do this, otherwise the hose will tear. Constantin, hast Du vergessen, den Bremsschlauch wieder einzuhängen? Falls ja, mache das doch noch, sonst besteht die Gefahr dass der Bremsschlauch kaputt geht.

Salut am si eu o Panda 1.1 2004,am schimbat si eu discurile si dupa o luna s-au ovalizat.Discurile au fost TRW placutele la fel.Ale tale au mers bine?Cu rugina ai probleme?

eu am avut probleme pe spate cu cilindru frana cand l-am inlocuit sa rupt conducta pentru ca era corodata rau si nu sa mai desfacut
