i love how this mange is about Zhuge liang, a military strategist from the third century being "isekai'd" into the future, becoming the manager of a small yet talented singer, learning modern day economics and marketing, adapting his strategist mind into said disciplines to aid his singer to grow both as a person and as a talent, and being a bartender in his off-days. the concept is so dumb but i love it. like... If Cleopatra became a Vtuber's advisor and manager. that's so fun

First episode and the OP grabbed hold and did not let go. Fantastic OP and a fantastic anime. The animation and writing were consistently wonderful for the whole 12 episodes and I loved the characters. The music was really good and the English in the singing didn't distract, it sounded good. They have a high target to aim for if they get a second season, and I'm so in the bag for it. 96/100 will watch again.

Honestly, they're small because their content is still all over the place. It's Sentai's in-house streaming service. They were content accepting that it was a failure competing against two other anime-only services but now that those consolidated, they're trying again. And, more importantly, they are licensing far fewer of the shows they make to Hulu, Netflix, and Crunchyroll. Presumably, they don't really care about what happens over the next couple years because they see their main value driver being what happens when they get all their content back.

I saw this video in my recommendations so I clicked it and became so curious that I watched the whole show. I thought it was great; the premise reminds me a bit of Saint Young Men. Even if you have a cursory grasp on the historical figure (or aren't at all familiar) it fills you in on everything you need to know and doesn't leave you behind, though I'm sure people with strong knowledge of the Three Kingdoms era can appreciate it a bit more. Overall, I had a great time.
