Most definitely. There is a market for serviced plots. I know that they will come with a premium but the "extra" monies spent on serviced plots will be saved during the home building project. Very much interested in seeing what's on offer.

Question: During the rainy season, did the water flow off the mountains cause any flooding or water log problems to any parts of the community.
