Mr Kiflu didn't narrate properly the core differences b/n the two political parties The EPRP and AESM(meESON).
EPRP big responsibility what happens now in Ethiopian ! l think they are enemy of ethiopian people

the determination and the selfless heroism of the generation is extremely fascinating.But I still consider the urban armed struggle of EPRP absurd.Even I still doubt the decision to be the decision of that cream generation.
Please Arts tv show up of this man's interview to viewer's.

How is it possible to say the older generation who left ethiopia 5 years before you - the group some of them had a connection with the Neway brothers do not realised the needs of armed struggle while you Kiflu who was a grade 7 student at the time realised the need to have an armed struggle with in 5 years. I think the only honest answer should be at least if you say we were a bit action oriented while the Meison Group were more of gradualists.
Long live to see your grand children but remember the death you have caused to all the dads, mums,sons and daughters of Ethiopia. The reason you cannot see the mistakes you did is because you have no wisdom. If I were you I will go around and tell people the mistakes you have done. But what you seem telling is your good heart and deeds. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I heard the difference between Haile Fida and Birhanemeskel was the Eritrean question. Anyway, both parties could have worked together for the future of Ethiopia. As usual no dialogue, even today. I used to believe if these parties succeeded, we could have prevented the bloody regime of the Derg. The so-called party leaders butchered their own comrades who didn't agree the urban warfare. If you didn't resolve the difference within your own party how could you lead the nation? I hope Mr. Kiflu will answer how Getachew Maru and others perished.
I’m amazed to hear about EPRP. I gave my life for that organization as a young boy. I’m galas I’m not dead. I don’t have childhood friends thanks to EPRP. That generation (the60’s)is all time Ethiopian enemy. The so called elite educated Ethiopian from Europe and America are highly ignorant and lacked rationale thinking. One size doesn’t fit all. What is good for Europe doesn’t mean necessarily good for Africa. This is a simple logic. You don’t need to go to Europe or American to figure this out. As far as I concern if you guys represent this criminal organization you should be thrown in jail once for all. It’s because of I immigrated from my country forty years ago.

Extremely fascinating history. The leaders of EPRP were so ahead of their time. In 2022, after 50 years , looking back now you can see clearly that their policies and politics was the best for 🇪🇹 .
Thank you brother Workineh. He is a nut. We know that he was the master mind of the white terror in Ethiopia. He is not confessing on his brink of death at this time.

99.99% of EPRP members are out. EPRP does not exist. You better have a new name, not EPRP.
his reply to the question of their understanding and stand on the eritrea is convulted and distorted, if not deliberate misleading. For one, the formation of eritrean people libration forces, which was later changed to eritrean people liberation front in the 1st congress of 1977, was primary the undertaking of usman salih sabbe, not the other around. As such, the head of eritrean people liberation forces (plf)was sabbe. It was only later when the 2nd group led by esseyas and his group, referred as plf 2, joined plf to eventually form the united front in 1971. EPRP's relations with plo and other arab political groups, states or organuzations, was mediated and arranged by sabbe, who was the head of plf at the time. Eprp had no bargaining power to resist the imposition of plf ideology. Their prime goal was to outmaneuver maison by building a military base with the support of arab political forces that were keen to use eprp as an instrument to destablize ethiopia. Plf was a prime bridge to such arab strategic goal. Mr. Tadesse could have seemingly argued that eprp's approach and position was dictated at that time by the prevailing regional geopolitics, and therefore guided by tactical reasons, rather than to outrightly deny its junior status with respect to its partnership with plf. It was this shortsightdness that was exploited by Tplf in the 1977 1st congress of plf by taking the stand that the eritrean question was a colonial questionr rather thab a national questiln as it was articulated by eprp. This led to a complete abandoment of eprp by eplf to create a new and strong alliance with Tplf with clear intention of liqidating eprp through joint military operation. The reporter should have asked him as to why the relations between eplf and eprp deteriorated to the level of eplf allying with tplf to openly eradicate it from the field

Sure as you mentioned, Mr. Tadesse has answered beating around the bush for such a crucial point of their relationship with EPLF.
@tinsae2012na2 жыл бұрын
@@familytablepodcast76 it's fascinating to learn that maison had made an effort to approach the Eritrean liberation front, elf, starting in the mid sixties through its eritrean senior members such as hiruy tedla, who later became the VP of elf in 1971, haile menkeros, who later became the leading political intellectual of plf in 1971, and naizgi kiflu, who later became plf's head of security in 1977, to deal with the eritrean question within the framework of panethiopianism. It was in a mid of such long standing approachment between maison and the eritrean liberation fronts, elf and plf, that eprp emerged to take an opportunist stand on the eritrean question to appear as more progressive and/radical organization, which was similar, if not identical, to that taken by tplf in 1977. Unlike maison, Eprp and tplf, for the most part, pursued their tactical interests at the expense of their stated strategic goals. Victory by all means seemed their struggle motto
You look back because you can’t imagine the future, typical Ethiopia politics

This EPRP surviving leaders have made a lot of mistake for the loss of many young people. They have never apologized for the people of Ethiopia who lost their loved ones. Those kind of mistakes made EPRP unsuccessful and paid heavy price with its political future.

What you have said is very true. They don't have any shame when the appear on a TV show and tell us all the garbage they did. In my opinion they are responsible for most of the problems and predicaments Ethiopia is facing right now. Sadly it was a style to be a 'revolutionary " at the time and so many brilliant students perished for for something they did not understand. Kiflu Tadesse you should be ashamed of yourself.

Can you please give us the details of “a lot of mistakes “
@habteabgabriel17002 жыл бұрын
@@workuwondafrash6462 the biggest mistake was urban warfare, the army at that time was small in number but very well trained most leaders educated at least in London military academy and US. Underestimating the military junta and last but not least not listening any other voice of advice. Most of my high school friends and neighbors were murdered suspected to be EPRP members. Their urban warfare members were not trained properly. These are few of the issues they had.

I can not see the difference between Derge or EPRP. Both destroyed the young. What shocks me most is these EPRP can not even see the outcome of their action today. What kind of vision is this?????
Ethiopian People Revolutionary Front (EPRP)and All Ethiopian Socialist Moment Aka (Me-e-so-n ) are a Den of Groups made of citizens from different regions of Ethiopia Including Eritrea bond with only principles not Tribal interest. Fail or succeed kudos to that selfless Generation
