I can do equations like this really quickly in my head too. I mean, not quite as fast as Yaashwin, but pretty fast. I can do it because of the way I break down the numbers in my head. I don't just automatically know the answer, I either associate the numbers with something else or I round them up to make the equations easier to calculate. I'd explain the whole process I use to do it, but we'd be here an eternity.....The method I use can be learned though. Not everyone can do it almost instantly like this guy can, but you can learn to do it pretty dam fast. Just gotta know how your brain works.
