Actually, this is one of the rare times Ainz was spot on with his prediction. He was not lying about expectations lol. He expected players or players' items ever since the event of Shaltear in season 1. You can collect bits and pieces about that in pretty much every seasons of the anime while it's pretty blatant in the book. It's like a "finally, yes!!!" moment for him.

The hilarious thing is: if Ainz decided to do a 180 on the current plans all the guardians would be fine with it. One comment I read years ago based on the argument between Sebas and Demiurge sums it up perfectly: If Ainz says to kill every baby they see Sebas will do it without hesitation, and if Ainz says no more hurting or killing babies then Demiurge will make sure not one hair is harmed on their heads.

To clear something up, when Ainz said just as he had expected he actually was expecting his army to perish there this wasn't covered in the anime but all the other villages were massacred and no info got out about ainz eliminating the other villages to stop other nations from helping the re estize kingdom but this time the info actually got out to this village it's why they were prepared and ainz knew eventually one of the many villages would successfully protect itself he just doesn't know about the gundam adventurer who helped the village

Albedo and her sisters were based on the stages of alchemical transformation and represent duality Nigredo is that which is impure on the outside and chaotic but holds beauty within Albedo is the stage after signifying purification and “whiteness/radiance” which is why she’s beautiful with the white dress but lost her beauty in the inside There’s also a 3rd sister mentioned in the novel several times now but hasn’t been shown called Rubedo (perfection and success) the strongest individual in Nazarick who is hinted to be emotionless and perfect. Albedo loves her and feels close to her while nigredo fears her and believes she can’t be trusted because she feels nothing Just a fun fact that I thought was interesting for the series to pay attention to

Actually its been implied that Rubredo doesn't have that close of a relationship with her older sisters, Albedo analyzed that Rubredo herself is solely loyal to Ains and wouldn't listen to her or follow her orders unless Ainz ordered her to do so and Nigredo outright said that she hated her…..

Ainz: "Just as expected." Remember when the guardians question why Ainz only use a Death Knight and a Death Warrior? The reason is he wants those people to have some ways of escape due to Nigredo and Pestonya's request, but he still needs to explain to the other guardians with a different reason. Coincidentally like always, the "Gundam" appears and bingo, that'll be the reason. He'll take that as a plan to lure out strong enemy. The enemy won't come out if they don't have any hope of winning so he only use one Death Knight and Death Warrior.

Over the course of the month time skip after they declared war they were massacring towns one by one. Ainz would have each floor guardian take on a city in turns completely wiping them out with no survivors. However the towns he was responsible for he would purposefully send a low amount of undead soldiers so that there could be some survivors. The only reason that the town we see in this episode being prepared with a defense force is because of the survivors that Ainz let escape from the other towns he was responsible for destroying. He was doing it at first because of Nigredo's request, but by showing a weak front like the zombie horde, and by leaking information of towns getting destroyed it baited any potential players into showing themselves. Ainz has been very worried about other players pretty much since the beginning of the show, he is after all very skilled in Player vs Player battles and tactics.

In case someone wants to reference, gazeff is more or less lvl 30 and he's considered strong. Evil eye on the other hand is lvl 50, reason why she can go toe to toe with the maids.

Gazef is certainly around lvl 30, which puts him just one step behind the "Realm of the Heroes". Interestingly, he would have an even match against a Death Knight though he would be slightly inferior to it.

It's basically just hell on earth where people are constantly worked to death (literally).

@@neardarkroad1347 I wouldn't say edgy. Edgy usually implies senseless grim elements, for the sake of the shock appeal. Overlord's version of earth is grim, but definitely believable. Theres no almighty king or dictator really. Just that those not born fortunate to be rich suffer even more than they do now. It's a world that's ruled by unchecked consumerism and beaurocracy. Which is a believable dystopia. No cataclysmic event seems to have happened, we just slowly became more corrupt and privatized all in the name of that dollar bill. And with more of that consumerism growing and festering, the world's ecosystem has worsened greatly. It's liveable, but standing through all of the every day exhaustion and apathy is just rough, so, everyone has to find their own escape to bring some meaning to their life. In the case of Ainz, or rather, Satoru Suzuki, that was Yggdrasil, which was an escape for many just like him.

Its less that Nigredo has compassion for humans, but moreso that she just likes babies. But once they reach a certain age, she only sees them as meat bags that have no value. Tabula Smaragdina, who created Albedo and Nigredo, was a huge fan of contradicting appearances and horror themes. For example, Albedo looks like a kind and merciful woman, but is really a vindictive, unforgiving bitch. Nigredo appears to be a horrifying, violent Grudge monster, but is capable of caring for infants.

No, CZ the automaton maid used a gun during demiurge's attack on the Kingdom, but I don't think it used bullets like the gun the Gundam had, it used magic power shaped into bullets when the gun is supplied with said power. This doesn't count because Entoma didn't use a gun, but before our main demon boi came to attack Entoma used bullet bugs and the sounds made sound like a gun being fired.

A little info on albedo's sisters, they were created by tabula who was fascinated by alchemy both in yggdrasil and irl. The 3 npcs he created are big examples of his knowledge of alchemy, there's nigredo, albedo and rubedo. Each are named after the stages of transmutation, nigredo (blackening, putrification, decomposition), albedo (whitening, purification), and rubedo which is the final stage of the magnum opus. Rubedo is the youngest of the 3 sisters and is confirmed to be the strongest npc in nazarick, even stronger than shalltear I believe.

Fun fact: When Funimation posted the clip of Albedo telling the Noble if they wanted to die by the end of the month the day it was posted was Aug 30th in the evening, meaning she was giving that noble one full and a few hours day to live if he finished that sentence.

1.Ok, so the mech suit is an actual item from the game that was given out to new players as a way to level up faster. The armor gives a massive EXP gain boost and increases many of a person's stats to be comparable to someone at LVL 60 The armor however had 3 major flaws: A. It didn't increase your HP. So you are a glass cannon if you are low level. B. The armor works like an outfit. Meaning it will only work if you equip the whole set. So you can't combine bits and pieces of it with better gear or gear that works better for the individual class C. The armor is made obsolete after level 50, as most players in Yggdrasil just opted to wear actual gear that would give them more general benefits 2. Pestonya, Nigredo , Sebas, Yuri Alpha and CZ Delta are about the only good natured NPCs in all of Nazarick. 3. Scama Elbero, the adventurer in full silver armor , was actually the original holder of the moniker "raven black hero" . But Momon sudden rise to fame quickly outshined her and many believed that *she* was copying *him* . So she changed the look of her armor to stand out again.
