Lisa was a kind and good person, she risked death going inside Dracula's domain and castle just to gain more knowledge to help people. I am sure God would welcome her in heaven. So her having a ray of light from heaven in hell would be proof of God granting her, her wish to wait for Vlad in hell.

Fun fact: the description dracula gives to lisa about where he wants them to go is pretty much the same description of the area around his castle in the original dracula novel.

That's not completely true. In the novel his castle is in Romania, on a mountain surrounded by nothingness, it's not a pretty area, but eventually he goes to Whitby (the place he's describing in the show) because he wants to kill more people.

Fun thing about the Hector/Lenore scene is that when he says "be free Lenore" he stares at his hand, with the missing finger. He knows how people will give anything to be free, and so he can understand why she has to do this. Also, way back at the start of their relationship he joked that the mountains looked far better in the daylight, and she said "I'll just take your word for it".

In all fairness, Sypha could and would cook them if the Church got wind of her abilities. Speaker Magicians are not common, but enough of them exist with varying degrees of ability that crossing one is bad. It's why the Church was not outright attacking them until the last minute, they were just trying to run them off. If the Church had started with violence, they had no idea how many, if any, Speaker Magicians were there. They later got desperate when the Speakers would not leave. Instead of a group of people that could have an unknown number of insanely powerful people in their ranks, they targeted solo acts like Lisa that did not appear dangerous.

The writing in this show really is top tier, especially when you think about how it started out so dark and hopeless, and they made the decision to end it with true happiness and peace for every character that wished for it. It really is wonderful for them to show that truly mature storytelling doesn't need to be so bleak.

It was definitely karma at work. She made Hector her pet and saw no issue with it because she had never felt truly powerless before and just saw it as natural for the strong control the weak. She thought that the fact she was being nice about it was enough to forgive the fact that she was literally enslaving another sentient being. The moment someone stronger, aka Isaac, came in and took charge she finally understood what it meant to lose your freedom even if the other party is being "nice" about it. I think in that moment she finally understood what would drive a man to cut off his own finger without a second thought.

I think the way they ended up having separate bodies. If you notice, the way Trevor split the Rebus with that weapon. There is a possibility that in separating them, each half filled out as a whole because in the end, Lisa and Vlad will never be complete without each other.

It's going to be set in the 1700's and follow Richter Belmont, I believe the backdrop for the first season of this series will be the French Revolution. They announced the sequel series after Season 4 aired, and the showrunner cheekily confirmed we'd see certain characters like Alucard again.

Both Dracula and Maria say the line ‘I think I might like you’ to their respective love interests. Dracula had fear of trusting in humans when he said the like whereas Maria was trying to reassure Alucard that he could trust in humans, thus showing the juxtaposition yet similarity between the two characters.

What's wild about the ending is that it technically leaves it open to have a spin-off series set in the future with the later Belmont generations, like Simon, Richter, or even Julius. Not that I'm holding my breath considering Netflix's track record with animated series. Still, I really enjoyed this series and I'm glad the show ended on a high note.

I personally disagree with Lenore killing herself cause shes trapped under isaac....mans gonna live maybe a hundred years, same with hector. Id just enjoy my time and wait the two out for a century..then get back to however i wanted to be again.

It's not actually short-sighted. Lenore had the realization that given enough time, she would end up being like Carmella as well: Yet another power-crazed vampire, that her vampire virtue would inevitably compel her to control everything to maintain the status-quo. The freedom she sought wasn't that from Hector, it was being free from being a vampire; so she decided to die as who she was now, and not die as the insane vampire she would eventually become.

Fun fact This show is based off a actual castlevania game that stars trevor alucard sypha and a character cut from it. That character wasn't very popular so he isn't in the show nor mentioned in any other castlevania games whilst trevor is a commonly mentioned belmont of the past, alucard is fucking everywhere and we still see belnades in games too this day

I can't explain the lighting ability or the wind ability. Sypha using fire and ice makes more sense when you think about. Fire makes extreme heat while also creating moisture in the air, making it easier for her to create ice. Thats why she always uses those abilities together.

Netflix is making a sequel show to this called Castlevania: Nocturne which will be about either Trevor and Sypha’s kid, or a later descendant. I think it’ll come out later this year or early next year.

A sick new season idea: Dracula and Lisa end up staying at the castle and help rebuild the world with our main crew. Alucard and his girlfriend end up having a child as well as Sypha and Trevor. (Alucards Son , Trevor Daughter) Years pass and they grow up to be 19+. The daughter is a genius and masters speaker magic as well as Belmont fighting style (and adapts trevors attitude AKA she’s a Tomboy) The Son his the same as Alucard but stronger as time goes on, very skilled, charming and calculated. As they are rebuilding the world a horde of Werewolf’s attack them and cause serious casualties with the surprise attack, killing Alucards wife (She later reveals she is half werewolf and left the pact earlier on in the show, due to a special mark on her she is able to control her state), Dracula and most of the villagers. They are there to kill Alucard and Dracula because of the attack of the vampires, the werewolfs went in hiding until the fighting was over and were secretly rebuilding their society as well. The werewolf’s retreat and the castle is left devastated... I have a completely story and more details/info that I made in the last 5 minutes after watching this reaction.

A 10 out of 10, but I think if I had one complaint, it would be that before the Dracula and Lisa scene, they should have showed Issac. Oh and btw, isn't the baby going to be the one and only, the best monster hunter, Simon Belmont?
