How much does the AB restoration with new Hypalon tubes cost? Wow, cool green machine/ tool to rough up the material for better adhesion. 2 nd question; is it better to heat weld Hypalon or glue. What last longer? I've been doing a lot of research on what aluminum hull tender to get in the 10 to 12 foot range and AB I think is the winner. What are your thoughts on this as well?

Looks good... what grit sanding pads do you guys use? (6:10 in video) looking to attach some handles on my old alliance hypalon rib boat. Any info helps, thanks!

We use 80 grit but I'd start with 120 just to be safe

Great video! i have a Chinese dighny I use in the cayman islands. The sun is very intense their and the boat seems to be getting pretty beat up. I put a tarp over it but that only made it worse. Is there like a UV protectant you can spray on these boats or is there and good cover that would block the sun and keep it cool? Thanks!

Jennifer unfortunately I cannot recommend any PVC glues that can be reliable. That is why I do not recommend PVC.
