It’s a great boat and this is how tours should be done. Comprehensively showing how things work etc. Really excellent. My only peeve are the rectangle opening port holes . Oh and the ‘fly through’ shots are awesome. Thanks Jack & Bruce.

Awesome tour! The drone operator is 🔥. I had the pleasure of seeing this yacht in person at the FLIBS yesterday. It's simply a stunning yacht. My wife and I aren't flybridge fans at all, but something about this boat felt right. We were both amazed that we actually loved it. Our final hour or so at the show was spent at the Galeon booth. With an overall length of 58'8", it didn't feel too big or too small. Galeon is doing an amazing job all-around.

Great Yacht! Great concept. Take your boat to a nice little secluded cove, drop anchor, set up beach club (yes it's kind of a clunky process but you're going to be there for the weekend) and enjoy your own private island. 😊

I always worry about all of those bells and whistles breaking. I love that you add the pricing for all of the upgrades to your reviews - we finally get to see what this stuff costs. Princess always appeals to my esthetics - but this does seem a more practical layout.

Hay Jack, the rope railings, laborious, is a kind word for putting up and taking down those railings. Personally I'd keep the rope running it through it, and just keep the polls parallel to each other and, rolled the whole thing up! Easy-Peezy! At 21:33 VIP cabin is very noisy from what sounds like the water lapping against the hull? Otherwise, VIP cabin is gorgeous.

I have an idea for the easing the prep of the stanchions. Pre thread the lines through each stanchion in order. At the forward stanchion, loop up from the lower to the upper, ignoring for the moment where the line connects to the hull. Instead, use a short separate line to make, tying separately to the forward stamchion. You would keep the ends aft, just as you do now. In this manner you keep the line thread. Simply roll the stanchions up on the,selves for storage. I think it would be a great time saver. I really like this boat and your review, well done.

I love the design aspects of Galeons. There seem to be a few cats being brought on these days, and I've liked the Aquila 70 for a while, but have always thought that it could do with some Galeon panache with the interior/exterior design; the Aquila appears somewhat 'clinical' in these respects - I'd love to see Galeon do a cat, as I'm sure they'd get the design right.

I love this yacht. It's another one that (if I owned it) I would find a crew unnecessary. Also, I'm not a fan of coffin bunks. Of course, those are personal preferences. Thanks Jack!

Galon design great boats, as you say she a cruiser not a racer. She'll be meandering around safe and comfortable steady as she go. Nice boat great review. Oh and thanks for the entertainment of the poles and rope. You did say there was a crew cabin so now you mastered this you could get a job on this boat.

These balconies.. I just don’t get it. Complicated construction. Takes a lot of time to get up and down. Completely unusable in a marina environment. Expensive. Will most likely break down after a few years, with huge expenses for repairs
