I just watched the movie "Fanny's Journey" 3 weeks ago and wanted to learn more. Today I was surprised to see this brand new interview with Fanny. I had wondered which parts of the movie were true, but couldn't get her book because I can't read French. Thank you for this interview! If you haven't seen "Fanny's Journey" which is based on her story, do yourself a favor and check it out! Incredibly done.

This is a fantastic testimony! The Chateau de Chaumont is currently owned by a British man named Dan. I have watched his vlogs since he started working at the Chateau de Lalande. He purchased the Chaumont Chateau, and has been working to rebuild it after a fire. The vlog is called Escape to Rural France. He has in past vlogs looked for history of the Chateau, when it was used to hide Jewish children. I believe he would be astounded at Fanny's story. I'll write on his KZbin channel and tell him. I only hope he sees it when I write on there. He has half a million viewers. But, maybe whoever does this vlog can send it to him also. I'm old and don't own a computer. Or, I would try to share an email to him letting him see this phenomenal story.

What am astounding woman. To be so brave and so clever at such a young age, and do what needed doing, is incredible. She says any adult could have done what she did but that is far from true. She even turned back for the little one when she had made it over the border! Beyond courageous and humble. I truly hope this lady had a beautiful life afterwards. ❤

I cannot read the subtitles in English because they are written very small.
