I had a friend who many years ago converted a hot air popcorn popper into a coffee roaster. He had to replace a thermistor and put a sliding cover over the air inlet to reduce the airflow by about 1/3rd but he used it for years to roast his own coffee in his RV. He could roast enough to brew 1 pot of coffee (6 cups) in about 20 minutes. The cherry blossoms look very tranquil and calming. I would think sitting beside the stream listening to the running water while watching the clouds move overhead looking through the blossoms would bring you great peace to your mind.
