@christheghostwriter A Radio Frequency Antenna is called a Yagi or "Beam" is being used to shape Low power radio waves into a long distance patern. This beam antenna will allow low power radio waves to reach long distances as long as they are line of site. In this case the repeater they are reaching is at 300 feet but far away.
