Loving the fact she does NOT wear pointe shoes! Very age appropriate, I saw tons of videos where little girls the same age of this cute ballerina performed variations en pointe.. She is absolutely amazing! Controlled, clean, fluid.. Brava!

I'm soo glad this girl isn't en pointe. there are far too many poor teachers and parents who allow girls en pointe before the age of 12 or 13. Hopefull this young dancer will wait 3 or 4 years until she starts pointe.

BRAVO!! Absolutely amazing. Mature beyond her young years. I agree, exceedingly well done WITHOUT pointe shoes. Not mean't in a bad way, but I highly doubt should could have done this variation so brilliantly in pointe shoes at her age. She'll have PLENTY of years wearing them when she gets older.

Absolutley adorable! I love how every line was perfect AND she wasnt on pointe! Honestly 9 years old is too young, you need to have atleast 3 years with 3 hours a week of SERIOUS ballet to go on pointe, and im sorry but when your 6/7 your not to high up and serious about ballet, and the bones and muscles in the feet have to be mature and strong enough, so i dont like seeing 9 year olds on pinte. But this routine was so clean, cute, graceful and bravo to her for dancing so beautifully at 9 years old at the lincoln centre at the YAGP finals. Overall this was perfect. So watch out cuz this is a future prima ballerina
