😆 hahaha i recently got skin burns at Huston texas please recommend me something for it. I will try pineapple 🍍 exfoliation never heard of it before, is it the reason behind your beauty? Or is it natural?

@@Prabheer aloe Vera is very good for burns…you can buy the leaf in the produce section at some Walmarts. I don’t eat pineapple much but I used to save the pineapple peel and put it in the freezer and then rub it on my face when I wanted to exfoliate. Pineapple has Alpha-Hydroxy Acid (AHA) which is an exfoliant. Papaya and pumpkin are also natural exfoliants. My beauty? Well, I used to say it’s because I drink a lot of water but now that I’m into dry fasting, I don’t know if I can say that anymore 😅 I rarely ever use makeup and so maybe that’s part of it 🤷🏻‍♀️ (nobody ever guesses my age 🤪)

Age is just a number, i saw some people getting old in their early 20s. You should post this stuff on your channel about health and beauty in different playlists i can tell you have a lot of wisdom about it. I will definitely try pineapple exfoliation next time i bought one and aleo vera for sure on my next stop at Walmart.

@@Prabheer yes, it’s true…I know some people that we were the same age but they got old fast. I had some old videos about some health and beauty stuff but not many…maybe I’ll make some…you’re right, I am quite knowledgeable about this stuff 😁 I actually was going to get an esthetician license many years ago but they told me I need to sell skin care products and I can’t do that when I know most things are connected to diet/nutrition 😂 so I quit. oh and that aloe vera, if they don’t have the leaf, you can find the aloe Vera gel in the medical supplies area or maybe where the sunscreen is. Try to get one without any weird ingredients.
