Oi, Tom! Nice to see you back. Lovely job on that Yak-12. Been thinking about getting one to chop and make a Gawron out of it. To go with my gliders. A bit of modeling history. Master44 did a whole host of detail work and molding for several Eastern European companies throughout the years. Amodel, AVIS, Ro-something and many more benefited from their skills. Most of the molds were very good, with minute details. A-model always looked like they used less pressure than others for their kits. Had both A-model's and a Romanian company's IAR-80/81s in 1/72nd scale and the A-model kit was significantly inferior in quality to its Romanian counterpart. On the other hand, the Hawker biplanes designed by Master44 and injected by A-model or AVIS were excellent low-pressure moldings. It was a hit & miss sort of thing, but I really enjoyed building those silly little kits by Master44 in the early to middle 2000s/2010s. Hope you had a lovely Christmas, mate. Cheers.

Thank you very much for this clarification! Yes, Amodel are using very low pressure molding, I guess because they are using lower quality metal molds that wouldn't hold up otherwise. But on the other hand, they produce some of the more esoteric, and interesting models, so it's a trade-off. I wish you a very pleasant holiday too!
